About RCP

RCP provides strategic advisory and project management services for governmental and corporate clients across various commercial, civic, and infrastructure sectors. Originally established in Australia in 1981, the New Zealand business opened in 1996. The RCP business network has grown to thirteen locations throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

From a project management foundation, RCP has grown to provide advisory consulting services that span programs and projects' strategic and upfront planning and feasibility phases through to design, procurement, and construction delivery. Our longevity is founded on enduring relationships and a willingness to continually refine our services and capabilities to meet the challenges and complexities of delivering modern infrastructure and property projects.

RCP's leaders provide independent, informed recommendations that enable better project decision-making and outcomes rather than simply acting as 'administrators' of a contractual process. Our solutions-focused approach is backed by systems and processes that provide for innovation and increased certainty of outcome.
